If you have, work with, or know a child with ADHA, you already know how hard it can be to get them to sit still and focus, especially in the classroom. I recently came across this article which suggests that their movement could actually be a good thing!
"Children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are often told to be quiet and sit still in the classroom. But new research suggests that letting them move around may actually be a more effective way to help them learn."
