To the Kitchen!!!

It's interesting how things seem to be coming together more and more since I've decided to develop this blog. After a nice nap (encouraged by my facebook friends ;o) ), it occurred to me that I could/should incorporate my weekly meal planning into my site. Not only is it a daily part of my Domestic development, it could really be a win win situation. It helps me because it holds me accountable for developing (and sticking to) my meal planning/food budgeting, and it could help you if you're in a fog about what to fix for dinner (or any other meal perhaps) at any given time.

Now, I will say that everything I fix will be good, if not delicious (just a slightly biased opinion...lol), and for the most part, kid friendly (as I'm required to feed four of them daily), however, I can not always promise that it will be diet friendly. I do try to make sure all meals are balanced, affordable, and generally simple to fix, but that's as far as I can go (those of you who know or have seen me know why...lol). With that said, I hope you enjoy your meals! :o)
